6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.2 Course Cancellation by Student

• More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before course start: No refund
• After course commencement: No refund

6.3 Course Cancellation by Fioccmanud

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative course dates.

7. Student Conduct and Expectations

7.1 Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Attend classes punctually and regularly
• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Complete assignments and coursework as required
• Not disrupt classes or learning environments
• Comply with health and safety regulations

7.2 Disciplinary Action

Violation of the code of conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or termination from the course without refund.
